Jack Blair
Director, Mortgage and Life Insurance Broker
After studying a Financial Management course, I completed my Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) qualification in 2018. I have been working as a mortgage and life insurance broker since and have established a strong client base across the country. I enjoy solving complex problems, helping people achieve things they didn’t think would be possible.
Outside of work, I’ve been a swimmer for almost 15 years, competing at a national level. I have recently retired from the pool and I’m currently completing my own house renovation as well as building a development of three residential properties in Derbyshire.

Matt Mounsey

After graduating from the University of Liverpool, I found myself in the world of financial services and completed my Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) qualification in 2020. As well as the fundamental role as a mortgage and life insurance broker, I’m continually working on business development and ensuring all clients have the best customer experience possible. I particuarly enjoy helping first time buyers, guiding them through the house buying process and getting onto the property ladder!
As a health and fitness enthusiast, I ran my first marathon in 2020 and I’m always looking for a physical challenge!
